Need small ups with a web login

Hey All,

On a site there are some internet problems. It could be caused by powerspikes. We have optic fiber and I want to connect the power of the modem to an UPS to see if that will solve the issue. I want to be able to monitor the UPS through a weblogin on the UPS. The UPS doesnt need a lot of battery, it's only to protect the modem from the power spikes. The UPS should be less then 200 Euro. Does anyone have some suggestions?

I tried to look for some, but the pricerange im looking in dont seem to have them and havent heard from the resellers I send a mail to.
