Anyone integrate ChatGPT / Claude with their ITKB/documentation/help desk systems?

Curious if anyone has done this and what app(s) did you integrate with?

I can see this be useful for quickly finding answers to something rather than have to dive into the specific documentation, or at least provide a link directly to the page.

However, I'm more interested in having it write to the documentation when changes are made or when deploying something new, or analyzing tickets to see what systems/processes can be improved, updated to modern standards, etc...
