Server Room Environment Monitoring

I am looking for some recommendations for server room environment monitoring. I currently have a room alert 3S monitor in the room. For temp and humidity monitoring the thing is rock solid.

I also have a mini split AC unit in the server room for cooling. The condenser pump has issues for one reason or another, and then I go into the room to find a large puddle of water under the AC unit.

I want to add a water sensor under the AC unit so if the condenser pump has issues again I know faster. I know AVTech has water sensors that I could use on my 3S, but currently I am using the RJ11 port for another sensor already.

I am figuring if I am going to go thought the process of looking to upgrade to the Room Alert 12S I figure I would get some recommendations for what everyone else is using.

I would like some sort of cloud portal, that has email alerts, text alerts would be nice. Then be able to set temp and other thresholds.
