VMQ (Virtual Machine Queue) -- Any issues leaving it disabled?

Hi all,

Have a Hyper-V environment, at the home for testing. One issue I ran into recently was high packet latency/ dropped packets, when talking to a VM from the host -- and vice-versa.

I found a solution (maybe) -- disabling VMQ. I now get normal pings and everything seems happier. However, is there any harm in disabling this on the Host adapter?
