Looking for feedback - deploying iPad vs Android

My company is looking at a last minute deployment of mobile devices, which is not my strong point. Looking at 10 inch screens, cellular connectivity nice but not required. healthcare environment. My considerations are ease of management and reliability. Any pros or cons on Android vs iPads? Any particular management tools or apps that work well for either? Any resources out there that may be helpful in making this decision?
