Anyone else having trouble viewing Microsoft forum posts on Chrome?

The past couple of days, anytime I click a Google result that links to one of the Microsoft forums, (for instance [this Technet forum post](https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/425fac17-184c-4ec5-af66-50b606dd489d/setauthenticodesignature-timestampserver-httptimestampverisigncomscriptstimstampdll?forum=winserverpowershell), it either fails outright or goes into some kind of redirect loop for several seconds, then end up on a login.live.com error page with a "Something went wrong" [message](https://imgur.com/a/Fc5HHGV).

I'm not trying to sign in to the forums (just view them) and signing into my live ID on login.live.com directly works just fine. I can also copy the link and open it in IE without issues. I tried disabling my adblocker and ScriptSafe in case one of them was causing issues, but no dice.

Anyone else seeing this? It's driving me nuts.
