Need some small business AV advice

I recently took on a role for a small UK startup, who didn't have an IT department before I arrived. I am the department. I've 10 years experience as 1st/2nd/3rd line but not as a decision maker.

We have no AV. The business is built on a mac environment and the plan before I arrived was "Macs don't get viruses", and we have a sonicwall, which together they believed was enough.

I'm looking to implement a decent complete AV system across the company, I've looked at Sophos and Symantec thus far, both with rather expensive quotes, which has caused me to keep looking.

Can anyone recommend a company-wide AV software for small businesses (approx 30 ish licences for now) per chance?
