Really really vague software description I'm looking for.

There was a post a while back, and I'm sure anyone that's in WebDev probably knows what I'm talking about, this isn't really my area. But I saw something, a while back, a hosted content system of some flavor. But it was super customize-able, and meant to hand off some backend workload to users. Basically could make a fancy push button on a web-ui to reboot a server if you wanted, lets say.

I can't think of any better way to describe it. Anyone know what I was looking at? I'm pretty sure Elysium for plex uses it, if anyone is familiar with them. I just looked at the websource and inspected some elements to see if there was a tag somewhere for what it was, no dice.
