Weird RDP situation via Citrix

Hi Folks,

Was wondering if you could help troubleshoot this.

User A:

1. Working from home, uses their home computer to access the organization network via Citrix. 2. Access their workstation in the office via Citrix 3. They have a SAN storage that is map to their X drive. 4. They access an application on their X drive perfectly fine and it opens.

User B.

Does the sames things as User A, however as soon as user B tries to access the application the SAN storage the remote desktop session disconnects.

They are presented with a message "The connection has been lost. Attempting to reconnect to your session...Connection Attempt 1 of 20"

User B does not get the issue if User A is not in the application.

Further Information:

- Users are using the application via VPN are using it perfectly fine, multiple users can access the same application on the SAN storage.

I checked the event viewer on User B PC, and they are presented with an event ID 24 and event ID 40.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
