What’s the best course you took last year?

I’m being encouraged by my boss to take a course of some type this year. We’re running on prem AD, Hyper-V (Windows and Linux guests), Veeam, around 250 endpoints, but I would be interested in hearing about other areas too. Did anyone take any courses last year that they found to be really useful or interesting?
