Solo Support/IT at NPO or Cloud Engineer at Big EU Company?

I'm currently struggling to decide between two offers and would like some advice, maybe some of you were in a similar situation. I'll write a bit about myself and then list both of those offers. I'm below the age of 30, worked in a medium sizes company in the center of Europe. My Position was: **Systems Admin & infrastructure** Some of my work tasks were: **Monitoring, Expanding and Updating new and old Infrastructure, as well as working on new project, such as working with Azure.** Left due to some personal reasons, nothing company related.

Offer 1: A big NPO (Doctors Without Borders), but I would be working for the local branch as the only **Support/IT**. I would still be working together with an IT-Service provider that is currently working with them. Tasks would include: **Working on Tickets (Office, Hardware, Purchases...) AD & AAD, IT-Onboarding, Monitoring Backups and everything else that needs to be worked On-Site (Printers,Screens,Cables...)** The job is supposed to be hybrid remote, I wasn't told anything specific, as long as things get done, they don't really seem to care where I work from. Since it's Support/On-Site Infrastructure, I'd assume that I'd be spending at least half of the time in the office. There was no such position before in the company, so they can't really tell me how it's really going to be.

Offer 2: A Big European company, I would be working as **In-house Cloud Engineer** in a \~15-Person Team. Tasks would include: **Working with Cloud-Architects on creating solutions for Private and Public Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift, creating small automations with C#.** Job is hybrid, I would be 4 days at home and 1 in the office. It's not in the contract, so the company policy could change. I'm underqualified for the position, but was very transparent about my skills, so they aware of that when they sent me the offer. Last time I did something C# related was 9 years ago.

My big struggle right now is that I really like what Company 1 is doing (NPO, helping people) compared to Company 2. The Job in Company 2 is more interesting than Company 1, just that I'm a little bit worried about being able to master the position in time. **Money is similar**, but company 2 has more benefits, such as yearly bonuses, discounts and so on.. But it wouldn't really influence my decision.

Sorry for the wall of text <3
