Looking for feedback on the campaign system idea for my miniatures skirmish game. A mixture of Blades in the Dark's Faction Game and XCOM2, with some PvP elements.

I'm also very interested if anyone knows any tabletop games similar to this.

Something I've noticed about the few different campaign systems I've engaged with is they seem like they're only progression systems with light narrative elements bolted on. You are adding conditions and xp, but it is not a game in and of itself. It's more like bookkeeping. I'm not saying that's bad, i just want another level of gameplay here. Additionally, there's not much interactivity between players at this stage. I like the idea of bartering with the other players, attempting to sabotage their plans, reacting to their decisions etc. it's still very murky in my mind, but this is what i had in mind when thinking of my campaign system.

The campaign is about powerful corps and organizations vying for influence and control over the capital of resource production. There are 7 city-states within the cyberpunk megalopolis, and players compete over these throughout the game. Each player's chosen faction will determine their rep, access to and influence in each of the territories at the start of the game. I am inspired by the Forged in the Dark system's Faction Game, the hybrid system found in lancer and icon, the orc and stronghold gameloop from the Shadow of War video game, and the base management in XCOM 2.

If willing to take a look, I've shared the idea here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-JuXI_bJJVYwIkjucPzeh2u5dou5IDWfwWRM5hqvrNk/edit as it's about 900 words. Thanks for your time!
