Looking for a tablet for travel, reading, music practice.

Alright - was hopeful that you all could recommend a simple tablet for mostly reading, and displaying song lyrics/chords/tabs for when I'm practicing music away from my computer. I'd like it to be something that works decently well to travel with, could be brought camping for reading or light internet useage, and is decently rugged for being brought in a backpack in a case or something.

Thanks!
