Village idiot here. Can my plate guys give me some recommendations?

Ho there. I recently purchased a new vest, and am in need of some new plates as well. If possible, I'd like them to fit the following requirements, ranked highest to lowest by importance-

1. Size large SAPI cut 2. Level 3+ ICW or level 4 ICW 3. Multi-curve and multi-hit 4. Between $400 and $500 for a set of two (I don't mind buying used) 5. 6-7 pounds per plate (haha funny number)

I would go with the standard 10x12s, but I tried using my old medium swimmer-cut plates in my large carrier and they sit too low. Honestly I would prefer level 3+ compared to level 4, just since I don't expect to be shot with .30-06 black tip any time soon. I don't mind the lower protection level, as long as it can stop M80 ball and M855a1 in conjunction with soft armor. Plus, they're lighter and cheaper.

I understand that there might not be a set of plates that fits all of my requirements, in which case would you guys have any compromises that might work for me? Big thanks.
