Opinions on Vertx Cutback Technical Pants?

Anyone have a set of these? I can't find a decent review anywhere on the internet.

I'm curious about fitment(I've got a pair of Defiance jeans and they fit my heavy squat thighs well for reference) and how badly they scream "shoot me first".
