TRexArms bcm qd swivel

Bought a swivel from T Rex when I ordered my sling during their sling sale last month.

The qd swivel I ordered didn't work with the mount so they sent me a new one.

New one also doesn't work with the mount.

Is this a BCM quality control issue?

Am I the only one having issues getting the qd swivel to connect to their mount?
