Student looking to rent in Taoyuan.

Hey guys,

I will be following a semester of International affairs at Ming Chuan University in Spring of 2022. I've been searching facebook pages and the internet in general for a room in a shared appartment, and most seem to be offered in Taipei, renting there would mean that i have to make a train ride of 1 and a half hours everytime i have class. Do you guys have any tips for renting a bedroom in a shared appartment in Taoyuan or the New Taipei?
