Repo be creeping on your site

We used to have repeat issues with repomen showing up on site, walking into the various parking lots, and attempting to get into vehicles.

This got irritating enough that any time we noticed them we were to drop what we were doing and go ask them multiple questions like: "did you notify local law enforcement of your presence here?" and "would you like me to notify them for you?"

This would usually get them to leave the site and try elsewhere.

Usually.

This one night I watch bubba and yuck drive up, and they go to this truly shitty black veedub with oxidized paint where they start trying to slim jim the door.

Now, we'd had more than our fill of these guys and this time we knew we had them dead to rights, so I walked up and started chatting with them.

"So, you're back to my site?" -me

"Yeah, this guy's a bad dude, didn't pay his bills and we gotta repo this car."

"Bet it'd be easier with the keys." -me

"Well smartass, we don't have the keys!"

"That's because they're right here." I pull out the key, unlock the door and sit in my car.

They start looking like they're getting a rusty nail enema and start walking back to the repo business truck. (Nice lettering too.)

"Don't bother coming back here ever again, I'm writing my report and will have the police here just for you if you try it."

Haven't seen them since. And shocker, there was a repo company that got reamed for grabbing a car or two that weren't in collections shortly after that.

Yes, they legit were repomen, no they weren't honest repomen.

TL:DR repo idiots try to grab security's shitty oxidized car.
