Jake Cronenworth is crushing it in San Diego

Just a reminder... this guy was a top prospect in the Rays system, and was traded (in December) to the Padres along with Tommy Pham, in exchange for: Hunter Renfroe, Xavier Edwards, and a PTBNL (Esteban Quiroz).

[Cronenworth](https://www.baseball-reference.com/players/c/croneja01.shtml) made the Padres’ opening day roster this year, and has since hit: .328/.400/.597 with a grand slam last night in San Diego. (The Padres have now hit five grand slams in six games, the first to do so in MLB history!)

[Hunter Renfroe](https://www.baseball-reference.com/players/r/renfrhu01.shtml) is hitting: .232/.292/.490.

And we lost Tommy Pham (though he is probably out for the season now with a broken hand). We all know how Blake Snell feels about that and I tend to agree.

So, was this a good trade?
