Avic avic behavior

I’ve had this pink toe for a few months from a chain store, and she set up a beautiful web tunnel…but whenever I go to feed about once a week, she’ll strike it and back off as if she’s not interested. I’ve left the food overnight and have only had to remove a couple uneaten roaches. Is this normal pink toe behavior? Does she want a different feeder?
