My baby Ephebopus cyanognathus just died :.(

Seems he couldn't get out of his molt. We came home tonight and he was out and in a death curl with the molt still under him like it was stuck on his lungs. He was only a baby, just about an inch long. He already had his blue fangs though and was so speedy. I'm crushed. This is the first tarantula we have lost. I can't help thinking it's my fault. I must have done something wrong, he was doing so great and then just died. :..(
