Company changed otp from sms to email

I have been using a profile i found here with some modifications for otp and it has been super helpful. However my company decided that email otp is safer.

How do I convert this profile to work the same for email otp? Using notification event for outlook app? Then %SMSRB won't work since it's for text messages received. How do I go about doing it?
