Camp Activities

Hi all,

I'll be working at a summer camp this summer, and one of the hallmarks is that the counselors do different projects with the kids (mostly preteens and early teens) each day. It's a very geeky camp, so a lot of the projects are things like potato cannons or egg drops, but they also like to encourage lateral thinking.

So my question for the hive mind is this:

What historical tasks can you recommend which would be well suited to be adapted to do as a project with a bunch of kids?

Thanks!
