helpful picture conversion from inspiration pic?

Two weeks ago, I lost my furry best friend of 15 years. I was able to pick up his ashes yesterday and the attached picture is the box I found online that isn't necessarily meant to be an ash container, but it absolutely emits what I see in my mind of my lost best friend.

The more I look at the design of the box, the more I want to use the general outline of the girl and pup for a tattoo in memory of him that I can always look at.

Is there somewhere like an app or otherwise that anyone would suggest in lieu of trying to trace a print out of it that I could take to a tattoo artist to tweak further and then tattoo on me? I want the basic outline of the human and dog figures, but will want to try and tweak the outfit that the human is currently wearing.
