Leg Sleeve Design/Layout

So the rumors are true, tattoos are addictive! I just got my first(~5x5) about a month ago on my thigh, just above my knee.

As I was driving home from my appointment I was brainstorming my next one. How do you all usually go about planning a sleeve, particularly a leg sleeve? My max would be about 2-300 at a time (first was 170+t for reference). I know some people do whatever they feel like, which I am kind of interested in, but would like to keep to a reasonable theme. I’m thinking of making a consult appointment with my artist and going from there. My first was a design I saw on TikTok, and the artist did it exactly how I wanted, so I’m thinking maybe give some freedom to them for the next. Any advice is appreciated, and dos/donts are allowed!
