How serious are y'all about sunscreen

This is my first summer after getting A LOT of work done on my arms.

Everything is healed up at this point. I just want to make sure they stay looking good.

How serious are you all about sunscreen?

Clearly, a day at the beach = wear sunscreen!

But...

Heading out at 5:00 PM = sunscreen?

Walking for 15 minutes at noon = sunscreen?

A basically cloudy day but there's still UV coming through = sunscreen?

etc.

Are people treating sunscreen as a daily routine? or...
