How Long to Wait on Exercise?

hey all, I’ve got quite a few tattoos already but have a forearm piece coming up this weekend and this is the first time I’ve gotten tattooed since regularly going to the gym & running. I’m planning at least a week off for weights and two weeks for running, but that’s sort of just a guess. how long should I really wait to get back to being active?
