Is this normal ? Line seems to be disappearing .9 day old tattoo

Got my whole arm covered up on the 14th of August ( took 2 days) , I noticed this part of the tattoo is cloudy almost like the lines are gone , is this normal ?

My aftercare consists of using hustle butter and cetaphil unscented for my moisturizer when I shower (2x a day)
