Deductions for disability expenses

My wife has epilepsy (and a few other health issues but that's the expensive one). In 2020 we spent a lot of time working a ketogenic diet approach (which turns out to be a powerful tool for epilepsy btw) and so spent a bit on an electronic blood-test gizmo, as well as a few pennies on dietary supplements. We also laid down the first payment on a puppy who we're grooming to be a service dog.

I'm trying to get my taxes together at H&R Block, and there's no question I'm terrible at this in general, but I thought disability-related expenses could be shielded from tax. I can't find any place that seems like the proper place to report it though.

Am I completely off base?
