Cash App Taxes double counting HSA


This is driving me a little crazy- Cash App Taxes appears to be submitting my HSA info twice and tells me my employer over contributed. My employer only contributed $4150 which is under the $4300 cap for the year. It won't let me remove the HSA section and when I start over it won't let me submit without adding an HSA as it sees the contribution in Box 12W on my W2. What am I doing wrong? I've had this account for years..
