I got a little theory about the lost prince upon reread.

Hear me out, i was rereading volume 2 when Arthur get 2 identical pendant from Gideon for Ellie and Alice.

The effect of the Phoenix wyrm pendant is that it will protect the wear from one lethal attack as well as teleport the wearer to the ‘safe point’.

No info about how and who made it just that some best designer made it for the royal families on Gideon request. Arthur was able to determine that those were made of Phoenix wyrm. Instead of mention of any rare or unique mana beast, it is explicitly state that it was Phoenix wyrm (Wyrm is also kind of a dragon right)

I think the phoenix asura made those pendant, might as well the lost prince himself in disguise making those to help out the royal families.

I have 2 reasons.

1. When the pendant activated, it cast ‘purple’ protective layer on the wearer before teleporting them away. I always associate purple effect with aether (And the teleport gate was always involve purple effect, a gate that no one know how to build or operating mechanism of distant teleportation, i suspect might involve aether as well). It could be that these pendant got something to do with aether. The lost prince might got some connect with the djinn since he stood against Kezess very hard after the djinn incident. It is possible that after he escape or disappear, he or his followers might come into contact with some remaining djinn and create those pendant later.

2. Rinia rescued Ellie and Alice (while both still got the pendant) i swear Rinia got tiny bit into aether since she’s able to telepathically communicate with GreyArthur. Maybe the lost prince who was supposedly her teacher would add some beacon to the pendant so that Rinia can detect them later.

Now we got one remaining pendant with Alice, i think it might have some plot for it. Maybe involving the phoenix lost prince or his supposedly remaining followers.
