'Dirty screen effect' on 65 Q7C (UK)

Hi folks, I just bought this TV and it's got some really obvious brighter/darker sections that just don't move. I've put some pictures and videos, but they don't really get across how bad it is in person.

My last TV was a Panasonic plasma from 2008, it never had any issues like this. I guess I have two questions:

1/ Will TCL do an RMA for this?

2/ Is this common with this kind of screen?

3/ If they do RMA it, is it likely that the replacement will have similar issues, to some extent?

Even if TCL won't RMA it, there's no way I'm keeping this panel, I've already rejected it with the retailer. I'm trying to work out if it's worth the hassle of getting another of the same model - the YT video I found demonstrating/explaining it said that he has never seen this problem on OLED. Should I just reject this one and stump up for a C5, or keep on with the RMA
