What is in my tea?

Found this at the bottom of my cup. I finished the steep like an hour ago and went back to make more after my shower only to find whatever this jelly like substance is. There is no foul smell or anything.

The tea is Yunnan Sourcing's Fruit Aroma Yixing Black Tea. I've had it maybe a dozen times without this issue, so I am just quite confused. The leaves look fine, there is none of this crap in my teapot, and the dry leaf has nothing unusual to it. This is also from my third steep after the wash so its probably not silt from the dry leaves.

Both the cup and teapot were completely clean when I started using them. Any ideas what this is?
