China knows game. Now that's a green tea.
First time looking at this sub. What's the vibe here?
---
Well, the vibe found me, lmao. Is the review and origin story really mandatory? Anyway, here it comes.
The **Long Jing Zhejiang** smells strongly like green tea, tastes like green tea but doesn't taste like rubber tyres. How revolutionary! It's very mild, which is nice. It has a slightly bitter finish but I suspect it's because I brewed it for 4 minutes (as indicated on the bag). It's the second one I have that doesn't request 200°F, surprisingly enough. It's also very much caffeinated, don't drink this before bed (like I'm about to do), it spiked me at 85 bpm for one hour.
I picked it because I wanted to taste the "most Chinese cultural tea". I've been testing different cultural teas to get a feel for what's out there. It reminds me of the *Dong Ding Mr. Nen Yu* from Taiwan. That one was super interesting.
Score: >!8/10 (very good)!<
