I opened this matcha powder about two years ago and wondering if it’s still any good?

At the bottom of the container, it says it’s good till January 2027. The color is still green and doesn’t smell or look off. I’m sure it’s okay to drink, but does old matcha powder still maintain its polyphenols ? Thanks.
