Simpson & Vail's Emily Dickinson tea

This is a light jasmine tea with a medley of flower petals...in keeping with ED's gardening and such. I think she would enjoy this. It has good flavor and smells divine. I used 3g per 8oz/236mL @ 195f/90c for 3 min. I'll re-steep adding 30 seconds to see if that changes. It's pretty light but not bad,the rose petals really come thru. I don't think I have had Jasmine tea for nearly 12-15 years....wow.

The teapot - I don't know the brand but the teacup is an Old Royal Bone China...I think it compliments the teapot nicely!
