S&V Literary Tea: Louisa May Alcott has Amaretto in it! *YUM*
After suffering thru Emily Dickinson (we finally decided to agree on disagreeing even after the last cup finally was a success - brewed at the lowest setting for White Tea, and extra rose petals thrown in, steeped for 2 minutes flat)....I was not exactly energized about this next green tea in the Literary Tea Collection - but the moment I opened the packet, the AROMA! I was not expecting the epitome of the Fall Season to be enveloped into this green tea, but they did it - dried apples and surprise addition of Amaretto - wow.
I used 5g for this little 1930s teapot, 75c (167f) and steeped for 2 minutes. Oh this is lovely......no sweetener needed!
