System SSD tries to repair itself after every restart

Since a while now, everytime i start my Pc (while booting) an info appears that my disk will be checked. After the 7sec ish timer it checks for about 3 secs and then starts as if nothing happened.

Its a Samsung 970 Evo 1TB. I have it in my pc since may 2020. No problems with it until now. I tried Samsung Magicianand the seagate disk check software and both tell me that its fine. TBW is about 40TB so still well in spec.

I also tried a tipp from a forum to use chkdsk from the commandline. After the restart it ran the whole „try to repair“ routine double and booted. Problem still there on the next reboot.

Any thoughts what it could be?

Ps: I built the pc myself, and im not a noob in these kind of stuff.

Thx guys.
