Issues with G29 in all games

Please let me know if this is the wrong subreddit for this.

I recently moved my racing sim from a old 4770k computer to a VM inside a EPYC server with GPU passthrough (RTX 2070 that was moved). Ever since putting it on the VM the wheel hasn't been working with a few notes. The wheel does get detected in the Logitech Software & games like Project Cars 2 defaults to the G29 and the navigation buttons work in Project Cars 2 & Forza Horizon 5, but as soon as you get in a game the wheel just stops working at all. The force feedback however does work, but in weird ways. In a wheel tester software I found it works correct. In Project Cars 2 it just full speed sends itself to the right 24/7 in game and in the menus just is in centering mode. The force feedback in Forza Horizon 5 it just self centers the whole time. This VM has a fresh Windows install with just drivers, Logitech G Hub & games. The games have no issues and everything else about the VM is problem-free.

Any help would be greatly apricated.
