No option to enable TPM in updated bios

I just updated my bios to enable secure boot. Thats been enabled however i cant enable TPM. I found the option under misc however it just allows me to switch from amd cpu fTPM and Spi TPM. There is no option to enable it.

I have a GIGABYTE B650M DS3H and the ryzen 5 7600. Here are the options it shows https://imgur.com/a/kHn6QLa

EDIT: So CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 7600, no x) isn't on this list of supported AMD cpus for windows 11. Is this why, and if so is there a fix? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-amd-processors
