KERNEL_MODE_TRAP after upgrading MOBO and CPU

Used to have a Chinese x99 motherboard and a E5 v3 Xeon processor, never had this problem. Upgraded to B550M aorus elite + R5 5500 and now my pc is getting BSOD at random. Upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, nothing changed. Nothing found after running Memtest for 12 hours and OCCT for 24 hours. CHKDSK seems to have stabilized my pc for a few days, but now it's back.
