Unable to Change Display Resolution in Windows 11

Hey all, I've been having an issue with an Optiplex 3070 Micro that I recently purchased - I'm unable to change the display resolution, with the options for both scaling and resolution being unselectable in Windows Display Settings and the display setting itself seemingly stuck at 1280x720.

The system is fully updated through Windows Update, and running the latest Windows 11. The display adapter, an Intel UHD 630, reports as working normally in Device Manager. The device is connected in via HDMI.

Steps that I've taken:

* Changing to the Windows Basic Display Driver * Uninstalling and reinstalling the device through Windows Device Manager * Doing a clean reinstall of the display drivers through Intel's driver tool
