Pretty sure my android has a rootkit on it

So my phone, network,laptop and security cameras have been hacked by what I think is a government agency. Why?great question, but I have no idea. This has been going on for 43 days now so I must be pretty important ...lol anyway I've down loaded some apps to view the logs and have no idea what I'm looking at one app is called privacy cell and it has a lot of info on the logs can I post them here or is that a bad idea because of the info contained within? If so if anyone with a verifiable history here on reddit would like to see them privately let me know. Everything's fucked up already so why not. Please help me solve this. Thanks
