wifi connection issues

I have an issue **consistently** where my laptop can’t reach the DHCP server and whether I can use my wifi is just a crapshoot. Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting countless times does the trick, but lately that’s not worked. I’ve updated my drivers (which worked last time and did nothing this time), restarted my laptop and my wifi adapter, restarted my router, turned off my VPN, and my partner tried doing an IP configuration/reset but it didn’t go through. Is my computer just a piece of shit I need to replace?? I don’t know what else I could possibly do. Feeling ready to throw this guy out the window please help.

It’s a windows 11 computer, I can post the specs if that helps. My hardware is older but not unusable/EOL afaik, but I’m not a tech wizard so I might be wrong.
