Pc won't turn on

I plugged my pc for a few hours. When I plugged it back in nothing worked except some LEDs that were connected to the case via usb. I tried turning it on and off, plugging it directly into the outlet, taking out the CMOS battery and putting it back in and jump starting. At one point the led of the power button started blinking, while the power cable was disconnected. Now not even the LEDs turn on. No idea what to do now.

Edit: the LEDs do turn on again but only when plugged into one of the front usb ports
