Windows Script Host Can not find script file

I keep getting a error saying can not find script file c:\\user\\ssss\\AppData\\Local\\temp\\zimnderohcspg.js

I saw some old post saying to just rename a blank text file, that will sometimes fix it for a couple minutes or a few days looking for a more perm fix.
