Having issues with my dell (latitude 7480) with it being in a constant repair/reboot loop

This started earlier today when i was trying to fix a graphics driver since my screen went black when logging in and after not being able to fix it i opted to factory reset it since its new, it wouldnt let me do it from the settings and froze when i tried it and i think its because i was messing with the files, anyhow i tried factory resetting it from the windows menu and when i did it looked like it was working but didnt and stopped or something leading to it in this death loop of disc repairing, when the blue screen pops up it says "bad system config error" and goes back to the loop of the blue screen and repairing.
