Consistent BSOD with nvlddmkm.sys "system_thread_exception_not_handled"

Hello. I've been having this issue for over a month now, and I'm starting to lose my mind. Excuse me if I seem a little rude throughout this post.

Whenever I launch OBS Studio, then SteamVR, SteamVR's DirectX causes my second screen to flash black. If OBS is running on my second screen during that time, it will cause my computer to BSOD. This has never been an issue before 4/25 (first occurence). I have spent the past month googling, attempting fixes, and trying to understand what causes this nonsensical issue to happen.

Here is everything I've tried (I might be forgetting some things) none of these worked

* Verifying integrity of SteamVR files * \`sfc /scannow\` * Running OBS in Safe Mode * Looking at Task Manager to spot an issue (literally fucking nothing) * DDU (Display Driver Uninstall) then clean reinstall * Downgrading SteamVR * Downgrading OBS * Downgrading my Display Drivers * Unplugging and replugging the GPU * Updating to win11 * Updating potentially important / missing drivers (worked for a bit, then back to BSOD) * Disabling Core Integration in Windows Defender (worked for a bit, then back to BSOD) * (this setting was changed due to another issue) USB "Selective suspend settings" in the control panel * Modifying OBS settings to be less GPU intensive * Making sure all the OBS settings are valid for my GPU and its encoder * Copying nvlddmkm.sys into C:\\Windows\\System32\\drivers * Copying nvlddmkm.sys into C:\\Windows\\System32 and giving User full control over the file * Driver Booster 11 * Disabling Hyper-V

Thanks to this BSOD being so consistent, [here's a dmp file from literally 20 minutes ago.](https://pastebin.com/TBxrVrjX)

If any extra information is required, feel free to let me know. I'll happily provide.

EDIT 1: Since the bot auto-requested it, [here's a zip file of all the dumps located in C:\\Windows\\Minidump](https://files.catbox.moe/svdcy0.zip) via [catbox.moe](http://catbox.moe)

EDIT 2: I've given up trying to find a solution to this, and I'm going to do a clean reinstall of windows. It's entirely possible that this is a hardware issue but I feel it's more troublesome (in my case at least) to setup the GPU in another computer. Sorry to everyone who's seeing this in the future with a similar issue.

EDIT 3: after a clean wipe of windows my problem did go away. However shortly after my GPU shat itself and died. Suffice to say, I think it was a hardware problem.
