Command prompt for resetting display without restarting? Windows 10

I have my laptop (think pad) hooked up to my TV screen most of the time...I usually have it set to "2nd screen only" or "Extend" ... it usually goes to the 2nd screen automatically when I close the lid...BUT...sometimes for whatever reason, it won't project to the TV even when I press Win + P and choose '2nd screen', it just won't go to the TV unless I restart the computer.

I'm wondering of there is some simple command prompt line I can put in that will fix this issue, as it always does when I restart the computer, but ideally I'd like to find a quick fix that doesn't require a restart. If possible. Thanks
