Possible CPU bottleneck?

So a few or two ago, I went to buy a new-er GPU to replace my XFX 5700xt

I bought a 6700XT Hellhound by Powercolor.

With the 5700xt I had roughly from 230fps. Lowest I would see is 150 and max is 300+ depending on the map, players etc.

With the 6700xt I have about the same and a fair about of time even less FPS. I'm furious!

I'm running an i5 12500 with 64GB of ram auto-overclocked to 6000mhz. GPU is a 600W Gold by beQuiet. I also run an AIO with great temps.

The GPU is never much above 60C.

the MB is a b760 plus from asus with updated drivers. I did also install fresh AMD software but no luck. The gpu i never running more than 110W in-game. Util is 50% max.

I did not try any games beside CS2, since I don't play any.
